About the Accommodation

Two beautiful attics make up the KK House combo. Located on the top floor of the villa, each attic is independent and adjacent to the second. Each attic will pamper its guests in a warm and welcoming environment.

At the disposal of each attic, a bedroom with private bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen and living room. Furthermore, one of the two attics offers a delightful terrace overlooking the greenery of the private park. Both attics together are large  120 sqm (1,292 sq.ft) and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests.

All guests can also enjoy the hotel facilities like the swimming pool with solarium and heated whirlpool area, the kid’s playground and the internal fitness centre. To delight your senses three dining options at your steps: from the informal atmosphere of the all-day-dining restaurant Kincho, to the Italian cuisine at Gusto, to the refined Michelin-starred experience at Kitchen.

Neighbourhood

In the shadow of the Rhaetian Alps and hemmed in on both sides by steep, verdant hillsides, Lake Como (aka lake Lario) is the most spectacular and least visited of the three major lakes in Northern Italy.

Our villa is located right in front of the Sheraton Lake Como Hotel, very close to the shores of the lake, and thus well connected with the traditional boat on Lake Como to Como, famous Bellagio town, Varenna and surroundings. Also, you can easily reach the bus stop located on the main street. To go shopping: Gran Mercato supermarket (650 ft distant), and Bennett mall (5 minutes walking distance).
